SHIPPING RATES

We offer Domestic Australia Post Standard flat shipping rate of $10 for all other orders

All online orders are shipped from our store in Amity on North Stradbroke Island QLD Australia.

CARRIERS & DELIVERY

Bo Beans Coffee reserves the right to change or use any carrier it wishes. Carriers include: Australia Post, Couriers Please, StarTrack, Fastway. 

In the interest of courier safety please secure your dog if it is located in an area where parcels will be delivered.

Any unsecured dog has the potential to pose a threat or safety concern. If it’s unsafe, our couriers may not be able to deliver your order, and it will be returned to Bo Beans Coffee and a delay in delivery may occur. Please note* If the ordered is returned to us addition shipping fee may be incurred.

SHIPPING TIMES

Please be aware that delivery addresses which are PO Boxes may incur a longer delivery time as some carriers do not deliver to PO Boxes.

SHIPPING PAYMENT

Shipping is paid at the time of purchase and will be shown in the shopping cart.

COFFEE SUBSCRIPTIONS SHIPPING

Subscriptions will shipped within 48 hours after your credit card has been deducted. Changes to your shipment or order must be made 24 hours after purchase.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you agree to give authority for the Carrier to leave the delivery without signature.
