Returns & Refunds

COFFEE

Bo Beans is proud to offer our customers premium fresh coffee and the best in quality products.

Our returns policy is valid for 14 days from receipt of your product, so please ensure you contact us within that period with any issues or concerns about your order.

If the product you receive is incorrect, the wrong grind or defective, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please supply your order number, your contact details, a brief description and an image of the problem to bobeanscoffee@gmail.com.

If the wrong product or grind type has been provided, Bo Beans Coffee will replace the purchase with the correct product and ship to you at our own expense as soon as possible (unless a refund has been requested).

All applicable refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your email request.

Our returns policy is valid for 21 days from receipt of your product, so please ensure you contact us within that period with any issues or concerns about your order.

If the product you receive is incorrect or deemed damaged upon arrival, we are happy to offer a replacement or refund. Please supply your order number, your contact details, a brief description and an image of the problem to bobeanscoffee@gmail.com.

Bo Beans Coffee will replace the purchase with the correct product and ship to you at our own expense as soon as possible (unless a refund has been requested).

All applicable refunds will be processed within 7 days of receipt of your email request.

Change of Mind

In all other cases, for non-coffee product - unfortunately we don't offer a refund for change of mind circumstances. You can ship your product back to 44 Sovereign Road, Amity QLD 4183, Australia with a copy of your tax invoice and request for exchange to another product. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in this case.

We also can't exchange on change of mind coffee orders.
